Acceptance of these terms

These terms apply to bluebirdlens.com, Bluebird Lens photography services and Obai, our social-media content and publishing tool. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

Photography services

Shoot dates, locations, deliverables, pricing, payment terms, cancellation arrangements and image-usage rights are confirmed separately for each booking. A booking is final only after Bluebird Lens confirms it. Unless agreed otherwise, copyright in photographs remains with Bluebird Lens and the client receives the usage rights described in the relevant quotation or agreement.

Using Obai

Obai helps prepare and publish content to social accounts that you authorise. You are responsible for reviewing every caption, title, description, hashtag and media item before publishing. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to use all content you upload.

You must not use Obai to publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive or platform-prohibited content. Your use of each connected platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and policies.

Connected accounts

You control which social accounts are connected and which publishing permissions are granted. Platform availability, review requirements, quotas and features can change without notice. Bluebird Lens cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party services or that every submission will be accepted or displayed by a platform.

AI-generated suggestions

Captions and other suggestions generated with artificial intelligence may contain errors or unsuitable wording. They are drafts only. You remain responsible for checking accuracy, permissions, disclosures and compliance before publishing.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide reliable services, but they are supplied on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Bluebird Lens is not responsible for indirect loss, loss caused by a third-party platform, account restrictions, removed posts or decisions made using unreviewed generated content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and termination

We may improve, change or discontinue features and may update these terms. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law or address misuse. You may stop using Obai and disconnect your social accounts at any time.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be subject to the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Questions may be sent to bluebirdlensobai@gmail.com.
